Lovely Victorian Aesthetic Movement “Tete a Tete” Conversation couch. A very good looking, rare and collectable piece of Victorian furniture. This would have been used in a library or study for literary, conversation.
The wood has been revived but making sure to keep its patina and charm. The upholstery is all traditional with hand tied springs and horsehair. The fabric is a stunning satin stripe fabric by Christian Lacroix, paired with beautiful hand painted peonies printed on to a cotton fabric.
